I was thrilled with this hotel! The rooms were charming, more so than the public areas downstairs. They were over the top, spacious, and had everything we needed. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with modern technical solutions like air conditioning and personalized music selections. The staff went above and beyond, setting up a private table for us at breakfast and even taking our pictures. The location was perfect for our explorations, walking distance to all the attractions and close to lovely restaurants. The dining experience was out of this world good, with a delightful veggie smoothie, light chocolate waffles, and a fantastic bacon and cheese frittata. The facilities were top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by Michelle's crafted breakfasts by century-old objets d'art and a pretty canal view.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely charming. The room I got switched to upon arrival was stunning and very comfortable, complete with cozy hand-ironed sheets. The service, from the friendly staff down to their adorable dog, Violet, was welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Frederick, and the dining experience of delicious chocolate waffles and frittatas was out of this world.
